This year we will be entering U14 Boys and U14 Girls teams in the North Peel Halton Soccer League as well as the U16 and U18 Boys and Girls age groups
2009 Champions
Caledon U18 Boys North Peel-Halton Soccer League Champions
Caledon U18 Boys are North Peel-Halton Soccer League champions. After an outstanding season with 12 wins and only 1 loss, Caledon finished first overall in the 2009 season. They capped off the year by winning the
championship cup in the finals held on the August 22-23rd weekend.
Caledon won all three games on the August 22nd to qualify for the semi-finals by playing great soccer; demonstrating team work, control, hard work and determination. The boys won 3-0 over Georgetown # 2, a 3-1
win over Georgetown #1 and beat Heads, 3-0. Caledon was victorious in the semi-final game defeating Bolton 3-0, placing them in the finals against Heads. The first half of the game was close but in the second half the boys came on strong to finish the game with 5-0 win to be crowned soccer champions for the fourth year in a row.
The Caledon team is composed of a great group of boys and strong soccer players including:
Andrew Colabufalo, Michael Halar, Edward Hughes, David Hynes, Hart Jackson Snow, Jake Leslie,
Matthew Long, Tyler McEwen, Lee Merrill, Adam Moore, Luke Nebel, Steven Nicoloff, Peter Noris,
Wesley Reis, Nicholas Ruggiero, Charles Stokes, Jason Tubia and Alex Wilson. The team was led by
Andy Colabufalo as head coach and Carolyn Halar as team manager. It was a great finish to a great year
