Sponsorship Application Form
To become a sponsor, for the 2010 season download and fill out the Sponsor Application Form and return it to the club as soon as possible.
Sponsor requests are processed on a first come first served basis. Many age groups have limited availability. Timely applications will avoid disappointment and ensure that you receive full benefits.
Please complete and return the form or talk to us at registration even if you do not have your chequebook. Confirming your intent as early as possible will let us look for new sponsors rather than chasing down old ones.
If you are a past sponsor and cannot renew, please let us know as well. Your past support is greatly appreciated and your notification will help us to take you off our list without wasted time and effort.
The deadline for sponsorship is April 15th. Applications will be accepted after this date but may not receive full benefits.
