The Caledon Bulldogs Boys Under 12 (1999) soccer team recently travelled to the Burlington Convention Centre to attend the South Region Soccer League's awards night, where they received their championship medals for finishing first in the Under 12 Boys Second Division. The Bulldogs enjoyed much success in their 2011 outdoor season, finis hing the year with 11 wins and 3 losses, finishing first in scoring (36 goals for), and also finishing with least goals against (13). "This team continues improve year after year," according to team head coach Maurizio Marini, "and their efforts are being rewarded." The Bulldogs look forward to, and have already begun to prepare for their second consecutive promotion , which will place them in SRSL's First Division for the 2012 outdoor season .
